Terms and conditions of sale
These terms apply to sales of watches concluded in the NOS MONTRES boutique, 46 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris.
Seller
NOS MONTRES, SAS with share capital of €10,000, Paris RCS 837 671 163, 46 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris. Phone: +33 1 81 80 08 47. Email: contact@nosmontres.com.
Presentation of the watches
The nosmontres.com website presents the watches available in the boutique. It does not allow online purchases: the sale is concluded in the boutique, after the watch has been presented.
Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible. As watches are unique pieces, often pre-owned, they are offered while stocks last.
Price
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. The applicable price is the one agreed in the boutique at the time of sale.
Reservation
A watch can be reserved on request, for a period agreed with the boutique. During this period, it appears as reserved on the site.
Payment
Payment is made in the boutique, by bank transfer, bank card or cash within the limit set by law. The watch is handed over once payment has been received in full.
Authenticity
Every watch is checked before sale and handed over with a certificate of authenticity. The presence of the original box and papers is stated on each listing.
Legal warranties
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). For a pre-owned watch, normal wear related to the age of the watch, visible or pointed out at the time of sale, does not constitute a lack of conformity.
Right of withdrawal
As sales are concluded in the boutique, they do not give rise to the right of withdrawal provided for distance selling.
Buy-back and consignment
The purchase of a watch by the boutique or its consignment is covered by a certificate signed by the owner, which states the watch, the agreed price and the payment terms.
Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may first contact the boutique to seek an amicable solution. They may also use a consumer mediator free of charge: mediator's contact details to be completed.
